Just a little update, not all calls turn into paid jobs for us. We deal with several enquiries each week which we are able to help the customer solve their safe issue over the phone. Friendly advice is free! We recently had a call with a retired medical surgeon who had contacted us regarding a safe that had been imported and gifted to him from a friend who was in the import/export business. His friend had two safes to trial and go on to sell but it had been so long since he received the safes that he had forgotten all of the relevant information, the make, model etc and all of the official documents and paperwork were in fact locked inside the safe. The surgeon, obviously a highly intelligent man was, in his own words, ‘completely stumped’ and unable to figure out or get into the safe. After a few phone calls and whatsapp messages showing us photos of the safe we were able to help him get it open, all free of charge.
